Matthew Samwick

Matthew serves as Chief Executive Officer of Innovation Realty Partners (IRP), overseeing it, STCA and other related development entities.

Gabe Miller is the Vice President of Operations for IRP and responsible for managing construction planning, design, procurement, and field operations to achieve overall project objectives.

Campbell Mathewson

Campbell serves as Vice President of Real Estate for IRP and manages key aspects of real estate sales and marketing for Sammamish Town Center.

Samwick Bio

Matthew Samwick serves as Chief Executive Officer, overseeing Innovation Realty Partners, STCA and other related development entities. Matt began his career as an attorney in Portland, Oregon. For seventeen years, his practice focused on corporate, real estate and construction law. In 2010, after selling his law practice, he founded and managed a partnership which acquired and sold hundreds of finished or near-finished lots in the Metro Portland area. Out of that business, he founded and managed an apartment development company. His experience with those companies led to the founding of Innovation Realty Partners, LLC and STCA, LLC. Matt also serves on the Board of Directors of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, including its Eastside Business Alliance Committee, its land use and policy committee (PLUSH) and its transportation committee. Matt also has been selected to chair the Bellevue Chamber’s Affordable Housing Steering Committee, which, together with the University of Washington, will address affordable housing issues facing the Seattle Metro area. Matt graduated cum laude from Duke University and holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law.

Christine Collenette is Chief Operating Officer for Innovation Realty Partners. She plays a critical role in aligning operational functions with the overall strategy of the organization, and contributing to the growth and success of the firm's projects. She has extensive experience in raising brand awareness and increasing engagement within communities and organizations that serve them. Previously, she was the Chief Marketing Office for a global commercial real estate firm headquartered in Seattle. Early in her career, Christine specialized in environmental science for EIR/EIS/CEQA compliance. She has partnered with State and Federal agencies, including the Department of Fish and Game, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. Her clients have included the Cities of Berkeley, Fresno, American Canyon, San Diego and the San Francisco East Bay Municipal Utility District. Christine worked with stakeholders in repositioning the World Trade Center brand after 9/11 on behalf of the New York Port Authority. She is a veteran of the United States Air Force and served in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm, earning several achievement medals. She earned her MBA in Management from Golden Gate University and her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Economics from California State University, Sacramento.

Collenette Bio

Peter Brennan is Vice President, Land Development for Innovation Realty Partners. In his role, he manages all aspects of land acquisition due diligence, entitlement and horizontal site development. Prior to Innovation Realty Partners, Peter founded two different development companies specializing in single-family and multi-family residential development. As Owner and General Contractor, he managed consultants, sub-contractors and sales professionals through the land planning, horizontal development, vertical construction and sales execution of over 1000+ units in Oregon and Washington. Peter started his career as a software consultant on multi-million dollar software implementations of enterprise-wide Sales, Marketing and Call Center applications. He consulted for clients that included Microsoft, Reuters, WRQ, Washington Mutual and Michigan National Bank. In 2011, he became Certified as a Sustainable Homes Professional by the Earth Advantage Institute. Peter received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University.

Pete Brennan

Gabe Miller is the Vice President of Operations for Innovation Realty Partners. In his role he utilizes construction knowledge and experience to oversee the planning, design, procurement, and field operations to achieve overall project objectives. Prior to Innovation Realty Partners, Gabe served as Vice President of Construction for a Northwest Developer overseeing the hotel-to-apartment conversion renovations of over 4,000 units across 30 multi-family properties throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada and Montana. Gabe began his career working for a Portland based General Contractor managing projects ranging in contract value from $500,000 to $100 million. He has successfully completed projects for companies that include Amazon, UPS, Cummins, LKQ, Stoller Family Estates, and Rosauers Supermarkets. Gabe attended Oregon State University where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Construction Engineering Management with a Business Finance minor. 

Gabe Millr

Jeffrey Nomi serves as Vice President of Operations for Innovation Realty Partners. In this role, he oversees financial operations, planning and risk management for key projects including the Sammamish Town Center.  Jeff has over twenty years of experience in real estate investment and finance.  In 2011 Jeff formed Terra Pacific Development, LLC as a real estate investment and advisory company. Prior to forming Terra Pacific, Jeff served as Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions of Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company for six years.  In that capacity, Jeff provided overall direction for acquisitions of land portfolios and entire companies amounting to more than $500 million in value. Prior to this position, Jeff was President and Chief Executive Officer of BoxOffice By Design, an office furniture manufacturer based in Arlington, Texas. In addition, Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors of Full Life Care and is Chairperson of its Finance Committee; Operation Hope, a homeless advocacy group; and an advisory member of the Department of Housing and Urban Development's housing finance committee. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration degree from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington.

Mathewson Bio

Campbell Mathewson serves as Vice President of Real Estate for Innovation Realty Partners. In this role, he oversees key aspects of real estate sales and marketing for Sammamish Town Center. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of CMRE Partners, a Bellevue-based commercial real estate advisory firm, and a Northwest native. Campbell is a seasoned executive in the Puget Sound real estate community with more than 27 years of experience. During his career he has been directly involved in over $2.5 billion in real estate transactions across all property types and over two million square feet of leases. Campbell works for many of the region’s most innovative companies and family offices on some of the highest profile, most complex and largest real estate transactions in the area. Over the years, Campbell has been active in the community as a youth sports coach and serves, or has served, on numerous non-profit boards, including those of the Bellevue Downtown Association, St. Thomas School, Forest Ridge School and The Trust for Public Land / Northwest Advisory Board. Campbell earned a BA in political science with honors from Stanford University and an evening MBA with honors from the University of Washington.
